These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Smtheadphones online store (the “Store”) and the purchase of Smtheadphones smart Bluetooth headphones and related products (the “Products”). By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, Refund and Returns Policy, and Shipping Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Store or purchase our Products.

  1. Eligibility

To use the Store and purchase Products, you must possess the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement. By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

  1. Order Placement & Acceptance

When you place an order on the Store, you submit a binding offer to purchase the Products listed in your order. Smtheadphones reserves the right to accept or reject your order at any time, for any reason (e.g., product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or suspicious order activity). We will confirm order acceptance via email once your payment is verified and the order is processed (in line with our 1-3 business day processing time outlined in the Shipping Policy).

All order details (e.g., product model, quantity, price) are subject to confirmation at the time of order processing. If there is a mistake in your order, please contact our customer service immediately; we cannot guarantee changes to orders after they have been processed.

  1. Payment Terms

All payments must be made through the payment methods provided on the Store (e.g., Visa, Mastercard). By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the payment information is accurate. Smtheadphones will not store your full payment details (in line with our Privacy Policy).

Prices listed on the Store are final and include all applicable fees, except for local customs fees, taxes, or duties for international orders (which are your responsibility, as outlined in the Shipping Policy).

Smtheadphones strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information about all Products (e.g., specifications, images, descriptions). However, we do not guarantee that all product information is error-free, and minor discrepancies may occur. Product availability is subject to change. If a product you ordered becomes unavailable after order placement, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
